nEHS: 10% buy-back option - Information

As q-bility is receiving an increasing number of inquiries regarding the start of nEHS secondary market trading (PY 24), we would like to point out that the effective start of this trading correlates closely with the start of the 10% additional purchase option in accordance with Section 10 (2) sentence 3 of the German Fuel Emissions Trading Act (BEHG) and the availability of audited energy tax registrations.
